Questions, answered plainly.

Short answers about dialers and VoIP. If your floor does not fit a definition here, that is what the specialist call is for.

What is a smart dialer?

A smart dialer is the set of ways a floor can place and receive calls without an agent punching every number by hand. On this site that means auto, predictive, power, and progressive dialing, plus inbound, outbound, ringless voicemail, an AI suggestion on the live call, and a US VoIP trunk to carry it.

What is an auto dialer?

An auto dialer places the next number when an agent is free. D Ten uses it as one call per free agent, without extra lines dialing ahead. It is the straightforward list dialer.

How is a predictive dialer different from a progressive dialer?

A predictive dialer starts more calls than there are free agents, so a person who answers usually meets someone who is ready. A progressive dialer stays at one call and waits for a saved result before the next number. Predictive cuts idle time and needs a pace you are allowed to run. Progressive keeps every outcome coded.

What is a power dialer?

A power dialer waits for the agent. The record is on screen, the agent presses Dial, and one call starts. Nothing dials in the background.

What is ringless voicemail?

Ringless voicemail leaves a recorded message in voicemail without ringing the handset. D Ten treats it as a follow-up for lists where that message is allowed. A specialist asks about the campaign before a drop is turned on.

Do you sell US VoIP trunks?

Yes. A US VoIP trunk carries dialer calls onto the United States phone network, presents caller ID you are allowed to use, and receives inbound calls. Channel count and number type are set with a specialist. Rates are not listed on the site.

Can one floor run inbound and outbound?

Yes. Outbound places the calls. Inbound answers the people who call back. The same agents can do both, or a separate group can own the queue. A specialist will ask which, because mixing them without a plan interrupts the next outbound call.

What does the AI dialer do?

It assists an agent on a live call with a suggested reply, question, or result. The agent accepts or ignores it. Suggestions can be wrong, so a promise is not sent on its own. It does not replace the dialing pace or the trunk.

Why is there no price on the site?

Pace, channel count, caller ID, and the mix of inbound and outbound change the fit. A public rate card would hide those questions. A specialist talks through them, then discusses price on the call or by email.

How do I reach a specialist?

Call +92-3245731669, or send the form with a name, email, phone, and the service you want. Not sure yet is a valid choice. A specialist replies by phone or email.

Talk it through with a specialist.

Tell us how your floor works. A specialist recommends the dialing mode and US trunk, then quotes it. No price lists, no checkout.
