Progressive dialer that places one call, then waits.

A progressive dialer starts the next number for an agent without a click, then stops. It will not dial again until that agent saves a result. One conversation, one outcome, then the next number.

What this mode does

The system places a single call when the agent is ready to take it. When the call ends, the next number stays held until a disposition is saved. That pause is the product. It keeps the list and the notes in step.

An auto dialer also stays at one call per free agent, but it is aimed at keeping the list moving as soon as someone is free. Progressive is aimed at the result: no new attempt until the last one is coded. A power dialer adds a click and a preview. A predictive dialer adds extra lines. If those sentences sound alike, use the comparison on the services page or ask a specialist to pick one.

Who it fits

Floors that review outcomes, that cannot risk an unanswered second line, and that still do not want agents hunting for the next record by hand.

It is a common choice when every call must be agent-handled and an answered call should not be left without a person.

What a specialist will ask

Which results the agent must save, how long wrap-up usually takes, and whether inbound callbacks need a queue of their own. Bring the caller ID question too. The trunk and the dialer are configured together.

Tell a specialist how the floor works. Price is part of that conversation, not a number on this page.
