Power dialer for agents who start each call.

A power dialer does not move until the agent says so. The record is on screen. The agent reads what they need, presses Dial, and takes that one call. The next number waits for the next press.

What this mode does

Nothing leaves the list until an agent presses Dial. Some floors call the look at the record “preview dialing” and the click itself “power dialing.” In D Ten’s vocabulary this is one mode: the agent sees the record, then starts one call.

There is no hidden line dialing in the background. Supervisors can hear the floor and trust that every conversation was chosen by the person on the headset.

Who it fits

Teams with complex records, high-value accounts, or a script that changes based on what the last note says. It is slower than predictive and that is the bargain: context first, then the call.

If agents are wasting the hour on the click itself and the record is simple, an auto dialer or a progressive dialer will move the list with less effort. A specialist can say which, after hearing how the floor actually works.

Pair it with a trunk

The power dialer decides when a call starts. A US VoIP trunk decides how that call reaches a US number and which caller ID appears. Ask for both on the form if the campaign calls the United States.

Talk through Power Dialer.

Tell a specialist how the floor works. Price is part of that conversation, not a number on this page.
