US VoIP trunks for the calls the dialer places.

A US VoIP trunk is the path between the dialer and the United States phone network. It carries outbound calls, receives inbound calls, and presents the caller ID the campaign is allowed to use. The dialing mode decides when a call starts. The trunk decides how it travels.

What the trunk carries

Outbound calls from an auto, predictive, power, or progressive dialer. Inbound calls to a number you give customers. The audio for an AI assist. The path is SIP, sized by how many conversations can be active at once.

A specialist will ask for that concurrent count, the states or cities the caller ID should match, and whether you need local numbers, toll-free numbers, or both. Those choices change the trunk. They are not a public rate card.

Why the dialer and the trunk are one conversation

A predictive floor can have more lines in progress than agents on headsets. The trunk has to be sized for the lines, not only for the people. A power dialer is quieter on the trunk because nothing starts until an agent clicks. Tell the specialist which mode you expect, even if the answer is “not sure yet.”

Caller ID has to be a number you are allowed to present. The trunk does not invent permission. Bring the numbers you already control, or ask what a new US number requires.

How to request it

Use the form and choose US VoIP Trunk, or call +92-3245731669. Say whether the trunk is for a new dialer floor or for a floor that already has a pace in mind. A specialist replies by phone or email. Pricing is discussed there, not on this site.

Tell a specialist how the floor works. Price is part of that conversation, not a number on this page.
